Rishi Kapoor Trying To Follows The Footsteps of Hrithik And Salman ?

Bollywood’s dancing sensation actor Hrithik Roshan - who’s making his TV Debut with Star Plus’s new dance reality show "JUST DANCE", has reportedly made it almost impossible for Sony Entertainment to rope in yester-year actor Rishi Kapoor for one of its upcoming projects.

Reportedly - yester-year sensational actor Rishi Kapoor; Who was recently approached by Sony channel officials, has asked for a huge sum of money for his maiden appearance on TV.

Apparently, Sony officials are still recovering from the initial shock as they really wanted Rishi for the project, but yielding to his demand will put a dent in their finances.

As per sources, it all can be blamed on stars like Hrithik Roshan, who’s reportedly being paid whopping amount of Rs 2 crore per day for appearing on ‘Just Dance'. Rishi too want to milk the opportunity after all he was a big star in his time and people, unlike some actors, still knows him.

Salman To Blame For This New Trend?

As per sources: Hrithik is simply following trend started by "DABANGG" star Salman Khan, who was reportedly paid between Rs 3.5-5 crore per episode for hosting reality show ‘Bigg Boss'.

"We secretly refer to it as the Colors syndrome. The channel Colors has ruined the stars' menu card by paying Salman Khan whatever he wanted on Bigg Boss."

They also got Abhishek Bachchan for Bingo which was a fiasco. Now whether it is Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan or Rishi Kapoor everyone wants a price commensurate with Salman Khan's price on Bigg Boss,” revealed an insider on condition of anonymity.

Celebrities Simply Trying To Keep Up With Salman

Sources also revealed that Salman undoubtedly is the highest-paid celebrity on TV. However, not all stars are being paid at par with ‘Dabangg’ star as not everyone can make audience glued to the small screen.

Interestingly, reports claiming that any star is getting huge chunk of money is fabricated lies, usually promoted by their PR agents."Barring Salman Khan, no star is making the kind of money they are reported to be,” revealed a source.
