Gold is unchanged today at 1528. The metal seems to have flat lined in the middle of our one month range of 1505 and 1553. We are bullish Gold while the metal holds above 1505. A break of 1553 will test record 1577 and measured target 1599. A failure below 1505 opens a return to the May low of 1463.
Silver is weaker today at 35.42. Silver is holding above the 10 month trend line that comes in today at 34.55. A break puts May 32.40 low in play. Topside resistance is seen at last week’s high of 37.84. The Gold Silver ratio remains firm at 43.12. Our risk is a break above May and June high of 43.95 with initial target 45.68 (38.2% retracement of the 68.34 to 31.68 drop).
