Lead stockpiles held by one company including open positions rose to between 80 percent and 89 percent as of April 18, the London Metal Exchange said in its daily warrant report today. The so-called Warrant Tom Banding Report was at 30 percent to 39 percent the previous session, on April 15, and signals a dominant position when over 50 percent, according to LME rules.
