Citigroup is acting as the sole bookrunner for the planned initial public offering (IPO) of China Gold International Resources Corp Ltd in Hong Kong.
The Canadian mining firm, focused on gold production and acquisitions in China and 41.2% owned by Chinese gold producer China National Gold, is seeking to raise between USD220m (EUR158m) and USD280m from the IPO.
