Shares in HUL jumped 20% after parent Unilever PLC along with Unilever N.V. made an open offer to acquire 22.52% of company at 600 ruppes per share being at 20% premium over Monday closing price.
The Anglo-Dutch parent already holds 52.48% stake in the company as per BSE Data.
