Cold weather in New York helped usage of Natural Gas to increase and thus pushing up the price to a 20-month high. Additionally Goldman Sachs Group Inc. raised price forecast for Natural Gas.
On weather forecast that the temperature will remain below normal, Natural Gas jumped 4.5 in intra-day. This intra-day jump is biggest since Dec 05, 2012.
Natural gas for May delivery rose 17.8 cents to $4.125 per million Btu on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
