At the Multi Commodity Exchange , lead for delivery in June declined by 95 paise, or 0.83 per cent to Rs 113.65 per kg, with a business turnover of 1,829 lots.
Tracking a weakening trend in the base metals at the London Metal Exchange, lead prices fell by 0.83 per cent to Rs 113.65 per kg in futures trading today as speculators indulged in reducing their positions.
Analysts said a weak trend in most of the base metals at the LME along with subdued spot market trend led to the fall in lead futures prices here.
